Biography


Matthew Dean


I was born in 1971 and lived for most of my life in London.  

My love of tennis began at an early age when I started playing at school and eventually moved on to play junior county matches when I was around 16 years old.

I qualified as a tennis coach in 1992 with the Lawn Tennis Association and then with the Professional Tennis Registry in April 2005.

I was coaching on part time basis until 2005 when my family and I decided to relocate from North London to Mallorca.





I am based in the picturesque town of Soller on the North West Coast of Mallorca, however, I am happy to travel island wide and regularly play and coach at clubs and private homes in the South and East of the Island.

My experience over the years has led me to coach all age groups, from the very young to seniors, and I enjoy the fun and challenges that each group brings.  I take group bookings as well as individual tuition and my greatest passion is to bring the joy of playing tennis to all.
